The first signs of aging:

Both men and women, after they reach their thirtieth or fortieth birthday, begin to see the telltale signs of aging, such as eyelids beginning to sag and permanent bags under the eyes.

As if that wasn’t enough, crow’s feet, wrinkles between the eyes - those that reveal themselves when we are angry - and forehead lines all become much more noticeable.  All of these surface at this time and surgeons call these wrinkles “dynamic”.

And that is not all:  the ridge between the lips and cheeks becomes more pronounced as well.

So how can I resolve these problems?

Generally, we look to solve these issues in stages:

The blepharoplasty will help us to rejuvenate your eyelids.

Botox® is the only solution for crow’s feet and is an excellent option for all the other “dynamic” wrinkle lines on the forehead and between the eyes.

Injections can help diminish the lines that develop between the upper lip and the cheeks.

These procedures can all be done separately, but the ideal is to perform them all together in order to achieve a holistic and integrated rejuvenating effect for the woman or man that finds him or herself with these issues.

How long will it take to recover?

Recuperation time varies from one person to the next, because we all have differing physiologies, but in general one can recover sufficiently to return to normal life in just one to two weeks and, if there are sutures, these can usually be removed within the first five days.

Bruises occur in some people, but this is certainly NOT the rule but rather the exception.
